School Mall: 72 booklets were collected to earn $162 and additional profits will come from magazine sales. Congratulations to from Mr. Churchhill’s class who won the Razor scooter!

Career Day: PTO providing refreshments. 23 representatives from the community and parent volunteers! GREAT! Thank you to Amy M. for volunteering to be on hand for assistance during career day!
Spring Conference Meals: Thank you to Kathy Bermel for organizing!
McDonalds Night: More information to come on this family fun night in April
Teacher Expenditures: During the month of January the PTO had requested ideas for things the teacher’s are currently in need of. We had great response and I am happy to let everyone know we allocated funding for the below items for the staff/students:
- $1000 for new library books
- $500 (roughly) for a new binding machine
- $400 (roughly) for lower case letter and shape Ellison letters
- $625 to provide emergency kits to each classroom and other rooms
- $200 for ink cartridge for printer in Early Childhood wing
We had a wonderful presentation by Tim Houge to present the flags he had designed for the WG School District. He has gifted each school building with a flag to fly. The PTO will be purchasing house banners, car flags and possibly garden flags to offer to the community. Look for these items on display during the Spring Carnival!
Woodward-Granger CSD will build futures, one student at a time, through a supportive culture of high expectations.
